My journey of growth has crossed paths with Emily Ray Henderson multiple times now, my last experience was the Alchemy Journey. A truly beautiful and all encompassing experience. Body, Mind and Soul.
Emily has the gift of bringing together a meaningful circle of people, with powerful conversations and love. Through her receptive and reflective approach to facilitation (and ‘life coaching’), she guided me to shed light on the core beliefs I know (now) that haven’t been serving my higher self and I learned how to create new ones that serve me on my path.
Emily's retreat in Peru was without a doubt the most powerful experience of my life. I learned to follow my heart and instincts as opposed to over-thinking everything. It led me to change my career and increased my happiness to this day.
